WHO ARE WE?
PILF Restaurant Group started with one guy, one wood-fired oven, and a pizza obsession that got wildly out of hand. What began with Jay Jerrier slinging pies at pop-ups around Dallas has grown into a restaurant group made up of Cane Rosso, Zoli’s Pizza, Thunderbird Pies, Side Hustle Burgers, and now The Imperial Room.
Different concepts, same philosophy: make great food, have some fun, and never take ourselves too seriously.
